Description
Catherine Vale Fortified Verdelho has been in the making since 1999 since the first vintage of the 200 Verdelho vines grafted onto rootstocks by Wendy. The combined intensity and complexity of this wine delights the wine lover it is a pleasure to experience its rich velvety texture. A great aperitif or after dinner wine served with coffee and cheese. It is made in the Solera style.
Fruit is allowed to stay on the vine and dehydrate to improve the intensity of flavours and increase the sugar levels.
