In the last week of July at Catherine Vale Wines Culture Burning took place. It is  a pathway to land management used by Aboriginal  communities to achieve ecological restoration outcomes.  The burn is a slow and cool method of burning which enhances the health of the land and its people and protects native animals living  within the burn site.
